The Embassy of France, Kyiv is pleased to announce the opening of their Visa
Application Centre from 15 October 2010 in Kyiv. Visa Application Centre will
accept Short Term applications only. This site provides with details related to
your application submission and collection process along with other useful
information you need to know.
All applications collected by the Visa Application Centre will be sent to the
Embassy of France in Kyiv for assessment and resolution. Visa Application
Centre staff has no say in the visa decisions taken by the Embassy.

|Step 1 :
||Prepare your application and supporting documents: Go to ‘All
about your visas’ link on this website and find out details related to the visa
category you want to apply for – here, you can find the applicable fee,
documents required, Visa application form and more.
|Step 2 :
||Book an appointment to visit Visa Application Centre: To visit Visa Application Centre or the Visa Section of the Embassy of France in Ukraine for applying process you need to Schedule Appointment. You can book
an appointment online or by calling the Call Centre. Details provided on this
website to schedule an appointment.
Please also note that applicants applying for Short Term Visas at France Visa Application Center can come to the Canter and submit their applications without a prior appointment.
|Step 3 :
||Submit your application: Visit Visa Application Centre as per
appointment scheduled and submit your completed Visa Application Forms along
with required supporting documents.
|Step 4 :
||Pay applicable Fee and submit your biometric data: Submission Officer will advise you on total payable amount and guide you to the bank cashier where you need to pay in local currency (Hryvnia). Receipt will be provided for all payments made at the Centre. Then you need to submit your biometric data.

Please note that effective from 1 October 2013 the rule for two -way Courier
facility has been modified to facilitate the applicants applying for a French
Please note that effective from 1 October 2013 all applicants holding a Multiple
entry Schengen Visa issued by Embassy of France in Ukraine for a duration of 1
to 5 years within the last 12 months may send their applications to the France
Visa Application center in Kiev using the “Two-way Courier” facility. This
service is only available to visa applicants residing in Ukraine.

After submission of documents at
the Visa Application Centre, you can also check status of your application
online by simply providing the unique VAC Reference Number and your Date of
Birth. VAC reference number (starts with KVFR) can be found on the
Invoice-Cum-Receipt provided by the Submission Officer at the application
centre at the time of submission.
