Embassy does not recommend applicants to take assistance from any kind of unauthorized agents - especially agents offering such services outside the Embassy and Visa Application Centre entrance. Neither the Embassy nor Visa Application Centre approve of such practices. Neither the Embassy nor Visa Application Centre do not work with external agencies. |

Effective 1 of September 2011 the applicants should submit new version of Visa Application Form. Old version of the Visa Application Form will not be accepted. To download new Visa Application Form, please go to “Visa Application Form” link on this website. You can also receive new version of Visa Application Form in the Visa Application Centre. |

Application form for Schengen visa should contain 2 signatures. Application forms with one signature would not be accepted. |

All minors must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at the time of application submission. Visa application forms of such minors must be signed by a parent/legal guardian. |
